None. In the past, aside from meds for injuries or sickness, I asked my gp to prescribe an SSRI for I think 6 months (may have been 9) and Ritalin (idk why people still call them addys in the uk) for a couple of years before they got concerned about dependency.

Ritalin. I've never heard of them being called addys.

I liked clonzapam, they make a big deal about it being addictive but I had no problems with it. The new thing is they say it causes memory problems and possible dementia.

I forget a lot of things, but I think that's because I smoke pot regularly and because I have ADHD. I wasn't taking clonazepam for very long.

Valproic acid is the only thing they will give me and it only works a little.

It doesn't fix the whole situation. So I only do a little here and there and experiment with better stuff.

I did stumble across something that increases the life span of lab mice by 40%. And guess what? It works better than the valproic acid. But I use it sparingly. See my sig link for details on mental health strategies and the drugs, like lithium that go along with it.
