I've redone this test four times now and it keeps on coming back as invalid. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Everytime I answer, I try my best to answer as truthfully about myself as possible.

I've taken the MMPI-2 multiple times in the past as well and had the same problem. It's frustrating when you know damn well you took the test honestly.

I think I found the reason why certain validity scores were elevated in my case, but I can't remember what it was at the moment. I posted about it on the forum here somewhere.

I have trouble with any test... not because I'm being dishonest.. but it's trained socially acceptable response vs what I really feel/think.

what is the point of doing these test things? you are just basically begging to be put in a box and everyone should know these tests are not accurate. Just a huge waste of time in my opinion

I'm already in a box on here... and those won't have any impact on my real life, plus I had time to waste. Otherwise I agree completely.. not a chance I'd do any formal testing connected to my identity.

You are only in a box here if you let others put you in it.. Wasting time, I get that though but still a waste of time. Btw I wouldn't consider you as being boxed into something here.
