Millon’s Anti social sub groups

Postby ZombieZ » Fri Jul 13, 2018 11:56 am

Millon has broken down ASPD into 5 different subtypes choose one or more that you think fits you best and explain why.

Covetous- this variant of the pure pattern where the individual feels that life has not given them their due. They feel denied, deprived and are therefore discontented, envious, seek retribution and are greedy and often derive more pleasure taking than having.

Reputation-defending- this includes narcissistic features such as the need to be thought of as flawless, invincible, superior, indomitable and overreacive to slights.

Risk-taking- histrionic features such as boldness, foolhardiness, impulsive. Characterize this subtype they pursue danger and are reckless.

Nomadic- features schizoid and avoidant traits such as feeling jinxed, ill fated, doomsday outlook. They feel vast aside and peripheral. These people are often drifters, vagrants, misfits, and wanderers.

Malevolent- Features include sadistic, and paranoid. These people are often vicious, malignant, and brutal. They anticipate betrayal and desire revenge are usually fearless and guiltless.

Probably a mixture of nomadic and risk taking.

Of those I’d say I’m a combination of reputation-defending although not to the degree it sounds like there and nomadic.

I do try to project a powerful image that can handle anything, I am also quite introverted most of the times.

I would say I'm a combination of risk-taking, nomadic and malevolent.

I have a feeling that the nomadic type is probably the most likely to choose to spend time on here socializing with other anti socials.

I chose risk-taking and covetous. But maybe malevolent would have fitted as well. But these I feel are closest to me.

I'm in my own category. I call it the anti-social philandering, dragon slaying narcissist.
