I'm thankful for this forum. It's the only safe place I've found on the internet. Thanks to everyone who posts and shares information. I greatly appreciate it. Also, I am glad I'm not alone.

I saw my therapist again yesterday. They are talking inpatient treatment now. I really don't want that. I'm gonna fight for my life over the next few days. I see her again Wednesday. I need to gain a few before then. (I'm trying to not talk about weight.) I just wanna be normal/healthy.

I would at least consider what the therapist is suggesting.
Inpatient is a more involved treatment if they don't think that outpatient treatment is doing enough. It is only temporary to get your health back.
Inpatient intervention saved my life and I needed it more than once. What I had to do finally sunk in and I am doing much better nowadays.
Best of luck to you. :D

Thank you. You're probably right. I need to consider what my T is suggesting. I've had and ed for 33 years. Something's gotta give. I'm just not getting any better. I'm on a downward spiral. I feel like I've been stuck at rock bottom for years. I do need my health back. Last night I took a bath and washed my hair. The bathtub was full of my hair when I drained it. Usually I take a shower so I don't notice it as much. It's been sinking in for a while that I need more intense help, but I just keep thinking I'm gonna get better. Anyway, thanks for your insight.
