I agree to meditation. I have a little problem too with anger management. Well, as a matter of fact, I do attend some classes to help me out mend this problem. And one way is through meditation.

Thanks for sharing this very informative article, meditation is an indeed technique of finding peace and calmness that helps in anger management, reducing stressed and anxiety as well. In addition to this meditation, It is more effective with the help of listening to calm and relaxing music such as those you can find in youtube like anikiko music nutrition, healing music, relaxing music, and other calm music. It really feel so good, in finding true peace of mind.
