I go from a 1 to a 10 so easily, and it's scary

Postby AwakeAndTired » Thu Aug 29, 2019 7:33 pm

I haven't struggled with something like this until recently in the past few year, and it's been getting worse. I'll get worked up over something small emotionally. Whether it be me spilling a drink or something irritating like that, and I used to curse to myself. This sort of behavior has evolved where my thoughts get more violent and the thing that sets me off gets ever so smaller. It's to the point where somebody will look at me funny or even talk to me in the wrong tone of voice, and I'll get so upset that I get a headache. I have self-control for now so it doesn't show, but the feeling of violent anger is there like boiling kettle with a cork in it. Most days I have are bad ones for simply this reason.

Have you seen a doctor ? If this is very recent , perhaps a check up is in order to rule out any physical reasons .

Like Newsun said: first consult a doctor to see or you have a medical issue.
If not... Welll. I used to explode all the time, sometimes still do.
Shoe lace won't tie? I start ranting.
In my case it's caused by childhood trauma.
Do you have similar issues? Please reply, and best wishes.
