I don't know if this help, but I have read quite a few books on CBT (Cognitive behaviour therapy) and there is almost always a chapter dealing with anger. Perhaps, it might be worth a shot to look into it.
The process will look into why you feel so angry and help you challenge some of the irrational thoughts (even though we think they are rational :D )

Nah, I struggle with BPD too, and other cluster B disorders, I've had plenty of those I want to kill thoughts, and like you would never do it, but understood why you feel as you do. No apologies or second guessing needed ;)

I do hope you have someone in your life you can speak with, ideally a therapist, but no worries, we are not here to judge you.

I have the very same issues for very long time.
You are definitely not alone and this is crazy seeing a post that is somewhat relatable to my thoughts.

Especially the part " Really wish I didn’t post this now." I usually just feel the same way.
I feel like I want to wipe the entire thread or something but it's simply not possible.

Because of that I started to make a hundreds of other alt-accounts which I post these kind of things so they are just not matched to one account if that makes sense.
I just discovered this forum today, I will go through some of the posts here.
Very interesting I have to say.

Jesus. Wow.
I’m stunned at this. And it was posted not even a year ago.
I’m happy to report, this extreme anger has passed. I still get angry but nowhere near to that extent. I forgot I even felt like that. Yet I did for such a very long time. It’s actually scary reading that.
I’m kind of shocked.
Medication has helped. A lot.
Wow. I’m so shocked.

I'm really happy to hear that you're doing better Star Dust .

I'm glad the meds are helping . It might be shocking to look back on it now but hopefully posting your feelings here gave you some small outlet for that anger . Sometimes , we just need to let it all out .

All the best to you !
