That's great news TGP .
I think it's a good idea to get a medical check up and investigate the possibility that there could be physical connections to certain issues . I've been making changes to my diet lately . I'm consuming far fewer processed foods and cutting back on sugar . I've seen a difference in my mental state .

Eating Whole Foods is #5 in my list of 2 million things I do to cope. Garbage in, garbage out.

One thing that’s helping me: writing letters I don’t send. I write the letters on the backs of junk mail with a sharpie. Then I read them aloud, alone. Then I rip the letters into tiny shreds. I grasp those shreds in my hand & I throw those shreds into the air. I find it satisfying, although I am finding shreds for a long time afterwards. It’s a small price to pay in my opinion. Everybody is different though.
