‘Dementia News’ keeping everyday people up-to-date with dementia research
Alzheimer’s Australia, Australia’s peak body for dementia, has recently updated its research newsletter for a wider audience. Now being produced twice-monthly, Dementia News is written in plain language making it accessible to people of all walks of life. Covering major breakthroughs, opportunities for participation in local research and major events occurring in dementia research in Australia, Dementia News is an ideal quick read to keep yourself up-to-date on all the latest. The newsletter not only provides an in-depth analysis of the truth behind the news reports but it also provides links to further reading.

The last six months has seen a renewed focus for the publication. A stylish new format, more frequent editions, more articles and a greater focus on simple language has seen this resource secure its value in informing readers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter or would like information, please contact Ashley Lamont at ashley.lamont@alzheimers.org.au.
