This is a very good video. It describes very well how I feel when I go out. I think other people will really be able to connect with this also. I really like the analogy of being like a fish on a hook, when I first read the thread I didn't understand what people were talking about but after watching the video, I really understand and connect with this idea.

Now I have something I can show my husband to better explain why I hate going to Wal-Mart. Even when he is with me, I still get extremely apprehensive.

The thread stopped in 2006 when the link became invalid. I was curious to see the video. I hunted it down through a reference in one of the posts to its title. The video is not a great work of art. I myself can't relate to it as I am not agoraphobic. But I feel it must be of great value since it has received universal acclaim.
