I doubt it, but maybe it's worth a try. Keep us posted!

Hi alexm,

I've come across your blog in an attempt to alleviate tourette's. It's been a couple of years and I wanted to know if you are still completely free of this disorder, and if yes, may I ask what was your detox regimen like? I would greatly appreciate any sort of information that you can provide.
How long did you undergo detox before you saw any improvements? Are you still on it?

Hi Searchforanswer,

If you read the previous sections you can see what I basically did. It was a detox program.

I am tourettes free.

Do you have mercury fillings? Do you have many vaccinations when you were young?

all the best,

I have no fillings, I don't now nor have I ate fish since I was a child and then it was catfish that was caught from a pond in our back yard.

I do not buy into any of this stuff about this or that people say is giving us TS.

I'm not saying that "some people" do not develop tics or in my opinion better classified as a "nervous twitch" because of some chemical reaction from food, metals etc..but to say that TS in general is caused by a food, any metal or anything for that matter just does to not make sense.

As far as the vaccinations go if they caused Tourette syndrome in ANY way everyone would have severe full blown TS, again......I don't buy it.

Don't get me wrong. I would LOVE to know what causes it and even more importantly know what stops it. Why? lol...1. I would not have it any longer and could help thousands of people. 2. I would be so rich just like every other person that has came up with a cure or even a way to 'REALLY' treat a disease.

BTW, no offense intended in any way. But in my opinion you are one of the "many" that our grow their TS for what ever reason. Nothing more.

Consider yourself VERY lucky.

Rake

I agree Rake! From what I've been told, Tourette's is caused by an excess of Dopamine in the brain, which is why "Dopamine blockers" such as Haldol and Risperdal help control the tics of some people with Tourette's (myself included). Too much Dopamine doesn't suddenly just go away after getting fillings removed.

Unfortunately there are too many people that trust the medical establishment too much, i.e the reply from Lindstics . . .The fact is you are relying on the medical establishment to give you a "treatment" when they are the ones that gave you the tourettes to you originally!

Also note that pharma companies give you treatments, not cures. i.e Diabetes is called the Cash Cow in the medical establishment, why? because you need to take medication everyday . . . they dont want to cure diabetes (which can be cured) but treat it forever. They even sell daily viagra now, yes they recommend that you take viagra everyday now, haha, funny but true. Just another example of the mentality of pharma companies.

I will also tell you a very scarey but true story of one of the biggest pharma companies in the world. The company is called Bayer. Bayer found out that some of their medical supplies were contaminated with HIV. Now any normal company would destroy those products and not sell them right? Not Bayer. They calculated that they would still make a profit by selling those HIV contaminated products - so much profit infact that when people eventually found out they had HIV, and even if Bayer were sued in court by those people they would still make a profit! Of course many would die in the process and therefore not be able to sue, as suing a major corporation takes a lot of money and time . . .so that is how a major pharma company thinks. Bayer have recently merged with Monsanto, another insidious corporation that made agent orange (but I digress). Of course Bayer makes insect spray, the contraceptive pill (they are very good at killing things). They were previously known as Ig Farben, who made the gas used in gas chambers in WW2. Monsanto make GM foods and has major issues with their cancer causing products, all denied of course . . . .They are now the biggest food company in the world . . . Think about that for 1 minute.

Heavy metal detoxing will cure tourettes, it did for me. Dont listen to anyone but yourself and do your own research!

I have found an additional cause for Tourettes, If you are interested search Steve Richards at Holographic Kinetics. There are many interviews on youtube, one is here:

I'd be interested to note if anyone that has tourettes killed any animals before getting symptoms? Such as birds, dogs, chickens etc

The world is often stranger than fiction . . .
