TS And Job Interviews Question

I've had TS for about 11 years and right now I'm unemployed. I've haven't had a job for 7 years now. Every time I go for an job interview, my head starts to twitch slightly several times and I can't control it. I think this is the reason why I can't land a job. Is there a way to get rid of the TS for just a short bit??? So I can get through the interview without twitching my head.
