Are you sure this is legitimate. I went to the site and immediately noticed one name: Galit Nimrod, Ph.D.


Nimrod?

And surveymonkey dot com?

I would suggest getting in phone contact with these people to verify that they are legitimate.

Here's a site with alternative to the mainstream practice that really work, even with people having a full-blown psychotic episode, with none (See the report on Diabasis) or minimum of drug interruption...

The survey is legitimate. Google "Galit Nimrod" if you want to know more about her. SurveyMonkey is a popular survey hosting site.
