I don't get triggered now. It's been 2 whole months since I last shoplifted, I can definitely say I've healed from my shoplifting addiction. I'm so glad of it. Please congratulate me! It's about not wanting the things anymore and keep telling myself that I gotta pay for them and it's knowing that fact that helped me heal from it.

Big Congratulations Naiwen !
That's a huge achievement . You should be proud of yourself . You have chosen to be a better , more honest person and we need more people like that in this world .
I'll bet you have so much more peace of mind now .

Thanks and what a relief. I went to every jewelry store that used to trigger me before, but now they don't at all anymore and it's because I know I gotta pay for anything I want. I've been paying for everything ever since I healed from it, thanks to self-therapy.
