What's the take on girls shaving themselves? Do guys enjoy hair there?

I'm pretty satisfied either way, as long as:

1. She doesn't have the amazon forest in her pants

2. She isn't shaved completely dry

I don't know exactly if it turns on many guys more than pubic areas in natural way.

I know that in my town girl doing that would immediatelly be marked as a prostitute. For pornographic pages it is a norm, also for some nude art sites it is common. Also, in some islamic nation it is a hygienic custom.

Essentially, in truth female genitalia have no ugly parts, so it is a matter of taste.

Primitive persons often insult female genital organs, or call them of bad smell. Their look and their smell is natural, as by design of God Himself.

The shame is neccessary only because we are not in Paradise any longer, and look at naked body stimulates lust instead of love. We've lost Eden, and that's all there is to it. False religion has made a business for itself calling genital organs dirty and normal sexual act as sinful.

I could elaborate on this, but I wonder if this is the place. In fact, why not, this is sexuality forum. In fact, the holiness concent is based on the premise that Mary, mother of Jesus would be less holy in she performed marital duties to Joseph and had more blessed children. And that she would somehow be more holy if she never did it, and only performed virgin birth, as if even the sexual act between holy wed couple is dirty and sinful.

This is the base of false religion.

The answer of your question: shaving pubic areas will not make you a more sinful or bad person, but make sure than your partner does not have prejudice in this sense.

I have to admit this is a strange question, but allowed. And to enter my 2 cents...........it is a personal preference.

Meaning between you and your partner.

The first time I went down on a girl, she was pretty new to it all as well, and didn't shave. A large amount of hair got to my throat, and I vomited all over her vagina. She shaved after that.

Yikes... can't help but giggle a little at that ^_^

It's all about preferance... shaved smooth or trimmed are my preferances... and only really because I do the same thing... which is all pretty ironic concidering my interests.. lol

"I HATE the fact that people do it cause it makes the chicks look like they are little girls down there"

Funny i've had this discussion a few time's. There were a few articles i came across in the past. The implication's are interesting but disturbing. The jist is that in the porn industry they cater to men. And when they got a few skinny small breasted 19 year old girls who shaved themselves clean in the barely legal type series of video's they did indeed look like minor's. Which was the point, to emulate pre-pubescent girl's. This series was a smash hit. And the trend caught on with more requests of this type of video. Soon all the girl's in the industry were doing it. As men typically like to watch porn they most likely suggested to their girlfriend's or wives to shave aswell. Not to forget about the female porn lover's who did it all on their own. This is going back 20 year's by the way. Anyway its cought on to the point where it's now the norm.

Contrary to what people who are in favor of this spread. It dosent look more attractive, it dosent make it cleaner (but washing dose). And hair grows there for a perpus. A study actully found people who shave are more likely to develope necrotizing facietus (flesh eating disease) having to do with strep A and the razor burn or ingrown hair combined that the groin generally pick's up germ's (which the hair helps prevent). I know someone personally this happened to.

Now i dont agree that all men who demand it to be shaved clean or its unattractive are into kid's. I think they are cought up in the trend. As prior to the 1980's this was not a common occurance at all. And guy's were not bitching about it then.

Personal opinion is i tell my partner it's there body and to do what they want. My preferance is 100% natural (dont like the patch, air strip or V). Yet i'm not even a fan of make up. Beauty is born in and isnt enhanced by product or modifications, thats encuraged by media and those who give in to it. When you meet a girl you see her face and clothed exterior. And unless your the type who pay's the "attraction" isnt instant. There has to be some amount of communication, compatibility and mutual interest. And if a relationship developes based upon all the prior said who are we (men or women) to make such a demand or voice the opinion of what we find attractive is for them to shave/wax their pubic hair/asshole. I imagine it to be somewhat insulting.

I loved your post, Olson!  And thanks for the history lesson... it was most intriguing.

And I agree with the prepubescent thing... it's always been a bit unsettling to me when women keep themselves hairless as little girls. I think that trimming a bit is fine as well as justified (since sweat clings to hair which does allow not-so-good-smelling bacteria to grow). Again, keeping yourself clean should take care of that, but trimming helps. But then again, I see no problem with a little makeup... sorry Olson.

It's a razor's edge between good communication and insults when you talk with your S.O. about what you find appealing or ask them to do with their bodies. A very sensitive subject, indeed. I think being open to experimentation is good, but knowing your and your partner's boundaries is essential.
