In summary, though. Perhaps you
are bi curious. So what. That doesn't mean you have to watch gay porn, think sexually about men, or ever have any physical contact with them. It
doesn't change your sexuality. It's just a label. Intrusive thoughts are exactly that, intrusive. You don't need to listen to them OR argue with them. You can label them, too. "Oh look, I'm having that HomoErotic Fear Thought again. Hi HEFT. How're you. Pretty strong today. Fine, whatever. Nothing new here." It's OK to have those thoughts. Doesn't mean anything. You are far more than the sum of your thoughts.
