Hello, I think I need a little bit of help and advice. Basically I masterbate a lot, sometimes up to 4 times a day, which probably may not sound that much to some guys. Anyway, recently I've been having very weak erections and masterbation can sometimes take forever to reach orgasm, to the point where I'm not really enjoying it that much and I'm simply doing it to prove to myself that I'm not impotent! (if that makes sense) The first one of the day is usually the strongest erection, but after that I struggle really hard to get an erection and it starts to worry me that I'm impotent. To be honest, the first one of the day isnt that strong anymore. I work early mornings which means I have pretty much most the day to myself, some days I just spend trying to achieve orgasm just to prove I can do it! I tend to think about ways I can act out while at work. Would my erections be stronger if I quit masterbating every day? Is this normal or should I be worried? I'm 38 years old, and have been single since May. If anyone needs any more infor please let me know as I know I've been pretty sketchy!

Well I have masturbated up to 10 times a day, its just a mental addiction not phisical dependance, in controlling human nature towards sex. The cause of your dick not growing anymore is because you made yourself dependant on masturbating, and mixed with your thoughts that your impotent they seem to get along really well with your dick not standing.
