hi

I am sorry youa re struggling with figuring this all out. I think the main thing I would say to you is are you having any professional help as it sounds like you could do with it. Yes it is possible to enjoy sex but it sounds like you need some help with this as for some reaasons - which could be what happned to you when you were younger - you are struggling with this atm.

Hey , thanks for replying. I have NPD , so I'm regularly seeing a therapist , I have told her about these but we are focusing on NPD so she hasn't said anything to me about it yet.
