Yes, that is a classic sign of Schizophrenia, or at least psychosis. Before I was medicated, I used to hear things in the radio. I heard a message in a John Lennon song and thought I had to go kill some people. Thankfully, I was on my way to my therapist appointment when I heard that. First thing that came out of my mouth, and we spent the whole appointment talking about it.
If your doctor says you have Schizophrenia, then you more than likely do. Unless you committed or have talked about committing a major crime (such as going on a shooting spree or placing a bomb somewhere), then no, you're not being followed.
Generally, no one follows you. No one can read your mind, your television isn't talking to you, the radio isn't talking to you. When was the last time you saw your doctor Bingli? Do you see a doctor, Jody? Can you afford one?
