my routine for my schizophrenia

In my recent experiences, the most effective treatment for schizophrenia and the side effects of it and the side effects of the medications are thus follows;


1: Pregnenalone - 60 milligrams per day.

2: Sarcosine - 3 grams per day.

3: L-theanine- 750 mg per day

4: Caffeine - 200 mg per day. Only in the afternoons

5: Drug mart vitamins, once daily.

6: One dose of kratom. Approximately 3-4 grams once in the mornings.

7: A diet light on food.

8: 100 mg of plus cannibidiol/cbd oil. It costs about 280$ a month and everything on this list costs around 5 hundred dollars a month.

9: An antipsychotic (im on one and in the spirit of forthrightness i'll put it on this list.)

10: some peanuts, and milk and some skittles. I primarily drink whole milk.

This is just a list of the things that allowed me to get my wit, creativity, and intuitions back

If I were to go on your regimen, I'd go completely, utter bonkers. I dare not venture there. P.S. Sarcosine has been proven to be nothing but sugar.

Interesting mix. If it's working for you stick to it. I think each person needs a mix of food like a mix of times to read, exercise, work, relax, etc. It's not the same for everyone, and their isn't one blueprint to a successful routine.

Caffeine is an interesting case for me. Sometimes I think caffeine is my problem, but then I go off it for a while, and it's not always clear that it is. Then I go back on the caffeine, especially pop... not because I like it per say, but because it's cheap, and more substantive than water (sparkling water is too expensive to drink a lot of).
