trouble processing information? arguing in my head

i had two questions. is it common in sz disorders to have trouble processing information....recipes, directions, doing anything new, watching tv, playing video games, talking to people? like i can hear what is being said but i just dont like process it fully in a way that i understand. i can watch a whole episode of something and then when its over i have literally no idea what happened?

also i dont think i experience voices but i have intrusive thoughts but the person saying the thoughts is either putting the thought in my head , thinking in my head or is personified as something. usually i can argue with it unless its just putting thoughts in my head. but its not a voice i know that. what is this?
