What symptoms do you experience?

Now is schizophrenia a spectrum disorder
Meaning it symptoms can be categorized in several groups
LIke disorganized, psychotic and negative
there are some more, like neurocognitive dysfunctions and problems with emotions
not forgetting the disintegration symptoms
but my question to someone with schizophrenia is
What kind of symptoms do you experience and how do you cope?

I take medication to cope. When I'm not on medication I hear voices 24/7 and see shadows and lights that no one else sees. Even now I have no grasp of reality, I have to talk to my psychologist, psychiatrist, and family in order to guess what reality should be. I think I've always been delusional, even before the illness, but not as badly as after I started hearing voices.
