My malignant narcissism may be a good example: Its symptoms include shallow emotionality, emotional coldness, indifference to social norms and indifference to praise and criticism.

Therefore in cases like mine, combined with my natural introversion, malignant narcissism is superficially very similar to SPD and it takes a lot of subtle understanding to tell them apart.
