I happen to have a monotone the majority of the time, and was wondering if other schizoids are similar. People will sometimes even comment on it, saying that they can't tell if I'm serious or not because of my lack of inflection.

Me too. I get, "... Ha ha... no, wait... are you being serious?" All. the. time.

It's sort of like my face. My face stays one way most of the time and that one way doesn't necessarily correspond to what I'm feeling.

i try to put some kind of emotion in my voice even if its faked when im trying to convince someone of somthing (like an argument or making them feel better as i don't find them completly unintersting; even if i do)

but other times i have a kind of monotone i suppose but people seem to be gettign used to it.

Not really monotone voice here. Often I try to put some random "emotions" into my voice.
If I care then I try to make my voice sound borderline ironic, that way the person I talk to doesn't know if I'm beeing ironic or if I mean it.

No one ever told me but I became aware of it when I started hearing my voice on answering machines. Which made me wonder why no one ever told me. I don't only speak in a monotone but also slowly and in a strange, dark pitch.

The voice you hear yourself is always different than the one othe people hear. The best way to find out is to record your voice and listen to it. Most people don't like their voice once they hear it. I'm no exception, sounds squeaky-clean with a childish tone.

What makes it funny is, that my voice doesn't fit my looks (so unmanly).

I do some stand-up comedy and people find my lack of delivery funny. It's not intentional on my part, just my way of talking.

When people see me on stage for the first time, they often come to me after the show to tell me it's a great character I play. At which point I tell them I was NOT acting, and they assume I'm pulling their leg and I'm still in character.

I once did a show where I was convinced I did a good job at doing voices, accents and emotions, put a lot of hard work into it, but when I watched the recording someone made of the show afterwards, it all sounded the same, no delivery at all. Quite weird.

Yeah I'm fairly bad in this regard, I guess it is a schizoid/languid thing.

I realise most people don't like the recorded sound of their own voice because it's not the way they are used to hearing it but it's more than that, in comparison to other people my voice is much more weary and monotone.

The way a person speaks reveals a huge insight into the way they are and how they feel.
