Can a person just change overnight?

Postby NineZeta » Wed May 27, 2015 6:57 pm

HI I have a girlfriend who, back then, was just ;ike any normal person. Now she behaves like a six year old. She buys toys, never seems hjappy, always thinks people are out there to harm her and her family, has a tendency to become violent and forget the episode or at least deny it the next day. She has a history of meth use. I remember the day it all changed. Oct 10 2010. Suddenly she wasnt her usual self anymore and was crying out of fear that people outside the house might be tralking about her. Before that date everything else was the same. It's been almost five years and she seemsa to be getting worse. She whispers when she talks, behaves like a child and sometimes believes in things that are impossible. can anyone tell me what kind of disorder this is? thanks, I'd like to help her so she can function in society at large. at her state, it would be imnpossible for her to get a job

Paranoid + Schizophrenia
it would be impossible for her to get a job

If you live on the US see if you can get money from Social Security for her.
