Hemingway Quote

I have a lot going on in my life right now. was divorced awhile back. Started dating again sporadically. Then this week my brothers wife died after 35 years together. It made me think of a Hemingway quote. Although the message is sad in the quote, I oddly found comfort in it. Maybe because there is so much truth in it.

Sorry for your loss. Not sure I believe in happy endings myself. Did once. Quote hurts me. Does that mean I agree? Seems truer to life than the fantasies we spend most of our time chasing.

I with it didn't but that quote rings true to me. I like it.
