Hi,
I am trying to understand why a beautiful woman approaching her 30ies would want every guy to fall in love with her. It is not challenging since she is gorgeous and it is like stealing candy from children.
She is beautiful and interesting but not doing much with her life. My thoughts are that everyone needs to feel important somehow. Others by becoming important or by thinking they are doing something important through their work etc. Does she do this to feel important?
An interesting note is that her father died when she was 13 and her mother has always been strict. So she could be also looking for her father's approval or something?
What would be the steps to resolve this?

A person will only go for help if they perceive that they need help, and if she is happy with her way of life, there is nothing you can do to change her. She is as she is. Yes, she may have issues related to her past, but she needs to take them on board herself.
If you're interested in her in a romantic way, there is little you can do to change her, unfortunately.
