syringe fetish: one of the rarest fetishes?

Like seriously....I try to google this but nothing resembling my fantasies comes out. People mostly talk about bloodplay, blood fetish - I actually have hematolagnia, and it's sometimes associated with syringes, like my fantasizing about a girl I like drawing my blood with a syringe, but also injecting me something. I also have a preference for certain types of syringes, I prefer thin, smaller ones.
That's the passive part, as the active part consists of me fantasizing about injecting/drawing blood, a blood I would then drink.
Never really heard of things like that. I know there are people with needle fetish, enema fetish (which is actually more common than I thought), but nothing about my fantasies and preferences.

Hematophilia, definitely, among others.

I don't know entirely if it relates to sexual sadism, as it doesn't appear to having anything to do with the harm itself that is arousing you. Also, you initially brought up the syringe being used on you. So if pain was an arousal point, in this case, it would relate to masochism, not sadism; due to the fact that the pain is occurring to you.

Drugging someone and then rape them just for the sake of it and to control the victim is sexual sadism and I get that fantasy. What arouses me is control and the victim's pain - especially psychological pain.

Then, the drawing blood thing or injecting something in me is what I like the most, and not only in fantasies. In real life, when I go get my blood drawn I really enjoy both the sight and feeling of the needle in my vein, even though I don't sexualize the act...I just enjoy the feeling and the sight of blood. Blood can arouse me if present in certain circumstances, otherwise it's just a need to consume it. Or when I recently got a dentist perform a local anesthesia in my mouth, I really enjoyed the injection.
Pain has nothing to do with this, as I don't really want to feel pain. I hate physical pain and can't bear it that much. I asked for anesthesia so I could feel no pain, so....
Physical pain scares me when it's done to me.

Also, hospitals have always interested me, especially abandoned hospitals and later I sexualized them.
