Does anyone sometime get panic attack in your own house for know reason?

I know how you feel. that happens to me sometimes at home. i think that worry brings it on. I turn on music and try to regain control. I've been a lot of years coping not realizing that I had panic attacks. I would jump in the shower and be like WTF is happening? Don't worry. whenever you feel like that turn on some tunes. At least that helps me. :wink: i hope you are well. Peace!
