Postby Pieings » Wed Oct 21, 2009 12:36 pm

I haven't really had nightmares alot before until recently in my life and they've come on really strong
i can't sleep much at all because i have a nightmare where i'm in a tunnel and theres a white figure in the distance
i wake up sometime after, and i can't go back to sleep because i'm really scared
i've never really had any issues like this before until this year..

Hi, Pieings! Did anything traumatic happen or were you going through something stressful before you started having the nightmares? If this is really harmful, maybe you should see a professional about it.

When you are sleeping your mind can let off all kinds of stress. Your mind and body can't tell time, when you
are at a place in your life you will find stress come to the surface, like a bubbling pot, one bubble floats to the top when
the time is right, right for you deal with.

Hope this helps,
red

What Red said makes a lot of sense. Maybe you need to deal with your issues first, Pieings, and then the nightmares will stop.

Well, it is totally depends on us as we have to make our mind like we have to think positive which will not lead to such problem also, try to forget all the negatives that are happened in past so that he will not get stress and try to fight with the situation, better to divert mind from all such stuffs and put yourself in creating something good which is worth to get rid of all the worries.

When you will try to manage with your problems you will probably get all the nightmares away from you.

Thanks

You should try using fairydust, that is for giving good dreams. It worked with me. In the middle of the night, I even saw the fairies coming to my room using their wands and emitting their magical objects to help with the spell, and then i fell asleep.
