Hi od,
What would be the process for lucid dreaming?
It might help me, my sleep is not sleep, it is like doing 8 hours in a
boxing ring. (physical and mental)
Do you use it? Thank you in advance for responding.

Interesting. I also only have nightmares, or pretty much only have nightmares. I've been this way since I was a child and do sometimes lose sleep because of it. I am a housewife, not working outside the home, so I don't have too many problems because of lack of sleep as I can sleep later. I was just curious if anyone else is the same way. I do use a little bit of lucid dreaming, only to the extent that if the dream is really terrifying me, I make myself scream to get my husband to wake me up. I've done this for years, but it takes quite a bit of effort. I can't always do it. I find that smoking herb causes me not to dream, or at least not to remember my dreams and this helps me either sleep or get back to sleep more quickly. Does anyone else have any tricks that work?
