On more than one occasion I've walked by the mirror, stopped and starred. I usually am terrified at the fact that I am starring at the person I am, to everyone else. What do you do? I've always acted on impulse(usually removing whatever is causing my ailment, at whatever cost), but this situation could prove very problematic if i miss calculate my moves.

How do you keep a calm head when everything in your body is telling you not too? I'm usually quite controlled, but as fate has it, i'm stuck in a situation that doesn't allow much alone time or rest.

Why is it on forums people feel obliged to inform others of when they approve/disapprove. Is it because the body language is absent, so you feel you need to.. make clear your feelings about another?
