Christmas is a sickening time for those living with a Narcissist.
It's a time of realisation and faking happiness.
Merry Christmas to all the abused out there. You will turn the corner......And to the Narcissists, go to hell. Better to spend christmas alone than with a Narcissist....
Sane - not Narcissist.

i feel exactly like this i am dreading tomorrow my partner who suffers from NPD is already not speaking to me for no reason and i know that tomorrow will be hell BUT i strongly disagree with where you said 'And to the Narcissists, go to hell. Better to spend christmas alone than with a Narcissist....' Narrcissists are not evil people who deserve 2 go to hell they are people who have suffered terrible life ruining childhood abuse which has lead them to feel unloved/unwanted which has resulted in them having NPD and becoming cold emotionless and abusive towards their partner. I know my boyfriend is severely affected by NPD and needs help. He knows this also, but being a narrcissist he will delay the process of getting help and works it out in his head that there is 'nothing wrong with him' I hope that in time i will discover a way to help him or doctors will find a cure to the 'incurable' and to anyone else being abused by a partner or person with NPD You aren't crazy nor are you alone there are others just like you AKA Me
try to keep strong thats all i can say

It's a sickening time for the Narcissist, too, I'd say.
This holiday gives me a solid month of rage.
