Does this sound like narcisstic disorder or something else?

I know nobody can fully say but I did want some support. I am pretty sure someone close to me has a mental disorder. Her behaviour goes as follows:

She never follows through on what she says and doesn't seem to think about how annoyed and hurt this makes me.

Is very volatile and is well known for it.

Is very gushing towards others even strangers and speaks to them in an over familiar sense. For example terms of endearment in every sentence. Then she will speak rudely or unkindly behind their backs.

Can be very affectionate and caring one moment and then ignorant and not bothered the next.

Lacks empathy and at times makes inappropriate and insensitive comments yet at other times can be thoughtful.

Seems to have very fickle and ever changing feelings for people


Rarely takes the blame for a situation she has caused and puts it onto others.

Her behaviour towards me makes me feel like I am going mad as she is so Jekyll and Hyde like.'
