DO YOU Have Munchausen syndrome? I do..

Postby promiseme » Sat Jul 11, 2015 1:22 pm

Hi im new here . I think I've had this since I was about 8 years old .. I didn't know this sort or forum existed and im so glad it does . on looking around alot of poSt's are about wondering if someone they know has this or the posts from people who do have this are from a long time ago .

so I want to ask if there's anyone with this right now ? If really like to talk. I wish I could say openly the whole situation but I'm fearful of getting caught out. I'm thinking talking with someone who has this may help me resist the urge that can sometimes be over powering. If anyone would like to chat please let me know. I do feel alone and guilty

I do too.... I'm also new to all this and looking for someone to talk to. This is taking over and ruining my life and I wish I didn't have this sick need within me to want to be sick all the time.

Whatever your behavior can you all make some space for acceptance for it all? Acceptance creates space around something - and can act to help you be more observant of your own behavior. Without acceptance something becomes larger and more concrete - so breathe and observe your own actions. And notice what it is you really need through it all, maybe? (Just a suggestion.)
