Good police bad police

Postby Terry E. » Tue Dec 24, 2013 1:47 am

when I was young I was beaten by my mother then mum and me were both beaten up by my brother, she broke my nose then he broke my nose and her nose (never seen so much blood it kind of exploded) , one big happy family, spent many a night hiding in our big back yard in the cold and dark wearing just pyjamas until he went to bed,

any way one night someone rang the police it may have been our new neighbours, two young cops came down, took statements, and basically as there was no evidence of physical trauma they could not really do anything .. they were both around 21-23, one cop asked to other to leave, and when he had, he turned to my brother and said "we can't do anything ... but if I hear you have hurt them again, I swear I will come back and beat the crap out you !!!"

I no that is very, very wrong, but I was the safest I had been for quite a few months at least ..

one of my happiest childhood memories

*hugz*

I can see why that would be a good memory, Terry. Sometimes the police take an unconventional approach to solve a problem, especially if their hands are tied but they know something is wrong. I wish someone had had the sense to try and protect you better. Thankfully abuse is taken more seriously these days.
Blame it on me, but know that I won't regret one iota.

Very moving.

I remember only one car slowing down cautiously when my father -and in the area of hospital- (we were there not for me) was going on intimidating to me.
Then I took an indifferent attitude and whistle to him "Havent you seen people are watching to you?".
Was only one, I made as nothing was happening and finally I heard the car going away.

But..but..but......it seems to me it happen in any place on Earth, no one ever did anything, fast glances as to a secret thinks and nothing else, police, first aid guys, pedestrians, relatives, neighbors...

Oh...after that my father threw me on a car...but...but I was so happy.

And till a very further time...when I was trying to feel better I was thinking of him, when I was searching for a tear of hope...I was thinking of him.

Sorry for my English, Im not a native.
