Repeated Audio Ad, Can't Exit

I've been trying to read some posts for the last 5 or so minutes and every time I try to scroll down or navigate I'm getting a loud audio for Foster Farm's chicken. It's playing right this minute. What's going on? The ads are often intrusive and annoying, but nothing like this has happened before.

Today I am having a really hard time with the ads as well. I'll look into it some more.
