Postby xia1010 » Mon Sep 17, 2012 2:27 am

I am still recovering after maniac attack in May 2012. I started going to Gym from last 2 days, I get very tired after workout and sleep. Is this normal?

If you're going to sleep at 2:30 am commonly, yes exhaustion is going to rear its ugly head. Also if you're not eating 3 healthy meals at 3 healthy times (morning, noon-2pm, 5 pm-7pm, go to sleep at 9-10)
If you havent been going to the gym a lot, you are going to be exhausted when you first start going again.
I forgive others for my benefit but only once.

I am strong where you are weak,
you hit me, I turn the other cheek.
You think yourself strong, and I wrong;
someday you will see the fire in me,
a comet across the sky-
a brilliant burning streak-
and I'll remember how you helped me,
by being strong and weak.

.....DuH...lol

No, seriously though, other factors have to be taken into consideration. We don't have enough info. I tend to get tired after exercise, whereas a friend of mine actually gets pumped up and hyper and feels super awesome. Lucky her.

Especially when you're just getting back into it, it is very exhausting. Your body isn't used to that kind of exertion, so it does take a lot out of you. For some people (like JKPAS and myself), it doesn't matter how long you've been exercising, you may still get tired afterwards. When I used to swim religiously, I was in fantastic shape, but I'd also come home and take a nap, because I was just too exhausted to do anything else. Of course, in my heyday, I'd also swim until failure (i.e. I'd often go into the washroom after and throw up), so that may have added to it a little.

Hey, I'm a Borderline - we go overboard on everything! :D
I don't care if it hurts, I want to have control,
I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul,
I want you to notice when I'm not around,
You're so ____in' special,
I wish I was special.
