Stalking...

Postby ashley.c » Fri Jul 27, 2012 4:13 pm

I'm sure I'm being watched at my parents house. There are twice as many cars going past the house, and the majority are silver and black. I had this problem back in my flat with silver cars following me, and when I moved into the house it was the police helicopter that would follow me. Now I'm back at my parents its the cars again. I also see people watching me up in the village above us.

I can't seem to get rid of these people because I don't know what they want! I hallucinated last night due to the stress - ladders and monkeys in my bedroom! I haven't hallucinated in a while too, but it happened again. I still hear things, but I can't fix that.

What do I do?

Hello Ashley,

I have a freind who quite regularly used to report similar things to what you have posted. sorry, im not quite in the know with the latest psychology terms or definitions but it sounds a lot like you are suffering from paranoia. i cant say a i know the best measures to take in your situation but personally i think i would talk to someone i trust about these suspected stalking problems in detail. alternatively, you could keep a log, or diary, of the things you see that make you suspicious. recording these things might give you a better perspective when reading them later.

hope this helps.

You don't say if you have already been diagnosed with a psychiatric illness or not. In any case, these symptoms sound distressing, and you really need to speak to your doctor or psychiatrist about them. You don't have to suffer in this way, and these symptoms can be treated with the right dosage of the right type of medication. Please speak to someone for help.

It sounds like you have problems that only a medical professional can help with, seek help immediately. But in regards to you being constantly watched by fleets of cars and police helicopters ask yourself this "why would they bother?" Are you a high level drug dealer? Are you heavily involved with organised crime? If you are not involved in the criminal world then there is no logical reason why any organisation would spend what sounds like potentially millions of pounds on keeping you under surveillance.
