I can't afford medication or even a doctor visit to ask about these vitamins. I currently take the b complex, omega 3, and sam-e. I still feel the the irritability, depression, and anxiety though. Which of the other ones should I start taking? Do some have basically the same function, making some unnecessary? Which would be best to take in addition to the first three? I'm thinking about not taking the sam-e anymore.
