I'm on (too many) drugs for anx, depr., and trauma. I saw a naturopath dr. (who- by the way, is an actual DOCTOR-) who also was an unbelievable fortune to see, which I cannot afford to see again.
She recommended (she said it wouldn't affect any psych. drugs I'm on)- Omega 3, B-complex AS WELL AS- B6 (which is really important). It's great to take a good multi-vitamin as well, but this is just not enough B vits. for people with psych. problems. B's are really help with stress, an over-stressed out central nervous system, etc.
(And before I start taking stuff, I will call or see the pharmacist to check it will them. They know ALOT. Often they know more than the Drs. )
I just started taking the above vits.
