I don't think so. Shyness is kind of weakness. Well, I am shy as well. But I think it is ridiculous to find shy guys awesome We are loser, why would you find us awesome? It is strongly probable that you ridicule or trololo

Then it sounds more like feeling sympathy, rather than finding attractive. Because I can no way believe a sign of weakness can be found attractive.

I feel quite confident these days, but I still get shy around new people and years ago, I wouldn't walk up to someone new and say 'Hello'. I used to get nervous around girls, now I...no, wait, I'm still nervous round girls. I just hide it well
