I'd raise dogs. They'd be beautiful dogs and I'd be very selective in their breeding and who I allow to purchase them.

And I'd have a coffee house + something, 10 years a go this idea constituted CD's and books, now, well books are definitely ok, but maybe LP's instead. Sounds like I'd barely survive, but that would be perfectly fine.

My sister and I actually had this idea to move to Portland, Oregon and sell socks. Then my bf added that we'd also have a tamale cart. Vegan tamales. We'd call it Sock-It-Tamale.
