Have you tried reading a book or watchig TV listening to classical music? What kind of thoughts are you having?

It might sound silly but I've heard of writing your thoughts down on toilet paper and flushing it away before going to bed

Thank you. I have even taken sleeping pills, i've read. My thoughts are recovered memories. I can't get them out of my head.

Are they the kind of recovered memories you might want to talk to someone about? Would talking to someone about them help?

Life does suck. How are you doing? Did you get along with the person you saw?

My biggest problem is sleeping. No matter how tired I am. I wish my brain had a switch I could just flip. I suppose that is what suicide is for.

So, I would recommend exhaustion. Exercise. Rigorous. But try not to injure yourself so you can wake up and do it again. This always works for us bipolar types.

Thank you so much for your response. I had to be off the forum for a bit to take care of myself. I am sleeping a little better. Sometimes I have good dreams. Deb
