My biggest problem is sleeping. No matter how tired I am. I wish my brain had a switch I could just flip. I suppose that is what suicide is for.
So, I would recommend exhaustion. Exercise. Rigorous. But try not to injure yourself so you can wake up and do it again. This always works for us bipolar types.
