Well strangely enough,also by Phil Collins, I came across this gem the other day. Its on my old "Hello I must be going CD" that i had not listened to for years, but it spoke volumes to me. I think probably your song describes the personal feeling after a relationship with an HPD, and the song I posted may have been a way of a friend who has been involved with an HPD to tell a buddy they suspect fell for a woman with some PD, "Dude get the hell outta there!!! That girl is just using you and will leave you in pieces. You can´t change her, can´t control her and she´ll leave you once she drained all the life and love out of you"

You know, maybe Phil Collins had his contact with an HPD woman at a certain point in his life. He knows the drill all to well imo.

Often I feel sorry for the men that only see the outside of me, the attractive side, the desireous side, and that part of me that makes them think I'm their 'perfect drem girl' because although it IS who I am- it's NOT who I am, and as soon as they give into me, I'll break them with my use, my love & my anger.
