Hi, gabi! It could be that this is just how anxiety manifests itself for you, because what you're going through is traumatic and it's been added to everything from your past too. Do you feel depressed as well?
Therapy can help with anxiety and so can venting or taking some time to remind yourself that you're ok. You can come here and talk when you feel anxious, if you like.

Is there a way you could get therapy without your father's help? It really isn't fair that you have to deal with something like depression and anxiety on your own, especially considering what you've been through. Try finding out if you can get it on your own and if not try to convince your family, if it's possible.
I can't get therapy either right now and this place helps a lot.
Yes, it really sounds like you're taking good care of yourself but more help can't hurt.

Hello. When I was reading this to me it sounded like you need something to do.
then when you[I] don't have any stress anymore.. I'm just like what now

This is the line that made me think that you need a hobby. And if I'm off the mark then just ignore this.
Lately and every now and then I get terrible stomach anxiety (at least that's what I think it is). It's is really unbearable; it literally makes it so I can eat or sleep. I've tried to mask the stomach anxiety with alcohol, marijuana and tobacco but those things didn't work for me. However I've found that anti-histamines (allergy medication) relieves the upset stomach.
Some Anti-histamines are used to treat anxiety so it is not just a placebo effect. If you do try allergy medication I suggest you first take the recommended amount to try to avoid the lethargic like effects.
I hear honest is easy, and hard work breeds success.
