Need Tip On Social Community Site

Postby Christine_sub » Fri Oct 24, 2014 12:11 am

Hi,

I have been visiting this forum for a while as a guest, and it seems a good place to ask advice.

Does anyone know of a GOOD fetish/BDSM/kinky social network site? I have tried FetLife, but I just don't get it. Sure, there is just about every fetish and kink there. Still, I find it complex and just muddling...
Anyone?

I could use the same tips. I tried Fetlife, and while I didn't have trouble navigating the web site, I found that almost all of the users were into BDSM, which I am not. I would love to have ongoing discussions with people into the same fetishes I enjoy, but I have yet to find such a community. I've been involved with two others; one failed, apparently because of relationship problems between the founders, and the other, The Experience Project, failed me when it started deleting posts that it considered "titillating" but continued to host ads which were practically pornographic.

So, if anyone knows of any fetish-friendly, moderated web sites, I'd like to learn about them. (PsychForums is not bad, but it's pretty unbusy, and I rarely find posts from anyone who enjoys my own types of fetishes.)

I can strongly recommend allkinkstars.com. It's more of a social network with less focus on dating than most of the sites I've been on. It seems that "kink" is the keyword there. Not BDSM or fetishes in particular, but the whole thing. Don't know it that falls into what you're looking for...

I don't know about the experience project, but as soon as a site looks like dating or porn, I'm out of there. :)

I "joined" allkinkstars.com, but it was a waste of time. The site may be inclusive of all kinks, but…nothin' is happening there! There are only a dozen or so members, and four groups — rubber, boots, zentai, and gas masks. There are other kinks! Maybe it's a brand new site, and will grow, but there sure isn't anything interesting for me!

They took away the "mature topics" on Experience Project. You can post about kinks and fetishes, but it has to be related to how it made you feel. EP is about sharing experiences and how those
experiences affected you.
