This is the same buddhist meditation based upon the book 'feedin your demons'.
the two chairs were there (same height:important)
I took the nine breaths.
Pictured the little kid (Indie) in her demonic form. She had sharp teeth, eyes of a cat and wore a rabbit skin she d taken off a livin rabit.
I asked the three questions out loud
What do you want from me?
What do you need from me?
How will you feel when you get what you need?
I switched chairs and took time to become her. THe eyes, the teeth, the fur.
She wanted to kill me. She wanted to slice the body to pieces. She wanted to slice the leg til it bled dead.
She needed, and then she sobbed, protection. She changed immediately and fell from the chair.
Then, she d feal safe.
I switched chairs. And send her safety. She crawled away. There was a closed room and she banged on the door in fear. I sat behind her, arms wide open, to hold her. She was scared and started woundin herself. I treated the wounds with love.
She wanted a bath. It was nice and warm and she started to relax.
She wanted to hug a tree.
The big huge swing was safe to her. She wrapped herself in a blankie and set with me on it.
I was layin down, and she was on top of me.
Then Wolf appeared, the helper.
We stayed on the swing for a while,,t il Indie felt safe enough and I could ask Wolf how he would help me and how I could call him.
I switched chairs
He said he d give me peace
and we did the same journey as in the other example.
It s not an easy meditation and I must admit, it s very scary. But in the end, when it s done, the peace is undescribable.
Love
