Is it normal to see things that aren't really there when you have depersonalization? When I have episodes of it it looks to me like I'm in a corridor or something when really I'm in the street or something

A mild form of a symptom called tunnel vision is common with depersonalization. Makes you feel like space a bit warped.

Hey Taylor, I've definitely had times that this happens. For me it is when my brain is already in a surreal state and everything gets a little dreamy. I think that as long as you realize pretty quickly what it actually is, then you're alright.
