I don't know what your work is but as long as you never SH on their dime, why is it even their damn business....
Hugs, Smurf.
I know you want to die, sweets. None of us here want that for you ofc. Remember that what you posted about watching the little one sleep. They need you. You might not feel they do, but they do.

Snagsie I'm sorry I don't believe you. Better for everyone if I just get on with it. Tuesday is the anniversary of my caution following the incident on 31st October, now the day a psych decides if I'm fit for work. I have to see her in 'that' city. I have managed to avoid 'that' police force area for nearly a month. Thoughts of destruction are strong and powerful. Sorry.

Don't have a lot of words atm Smurf, but wanted to send hugs. I'm sorry things are so tough. Please keep yourself safe.
Huge hugs
Lily

Thanks Lily. Sorry you're struggling too.
There isn't a lot people can say just now. Not even sure why I keep posting. This is all my fault anyway. I was stupid for being honest. I should know better. Congratulations to me for being a failure and no it is not self pity, just the truth. Perhaps I need to start posting on a pro suicide forum instead.

Thanks. Hugs back.
Reaching out- even just for some kind of acknowledgement is a good thing Smurf. Knowing you're not completely alone helps. It's not your fault, and you're definitely welcome here. Honest.
Huge hugs.
