I'm in the 'nothing' mode right now and I don't want to type or think or feel but at least I'm not self-harming.

Hey ^^
Keep it up, it's the holidays after all. Stay safe Pencil.

My appointment did go okay. Not good or bad, just okey. The counseler was nice and patient, a good match for me. Next one is on the 12th and then I get to know what's wrong with me and what plans they got. Work is very lenient about it al, they don't know what's going on but they already said that it's no problem if I can't work so many hours anymore.

Merry christmass everyone!
Stay safe and try to love it. :D

Happy Holidays to you all, too!

I'm glad your appointment went smoothly, Frostbite. This could be a sign that this new counsellor can really help you! And good for you in going! I know it can be nerve-wracking to bring yourself there at all. I've only made one appointment for my mental health and never showed up 'cause I chickened out.

Today I didn't cut, but I bruised myself pretty badly with a rubber band. It may not sound as bad as cutting but in my opinion it's still a problem, since I'm still using pain to cope. Right now I'm feeling okay, I got high to help me stay calm at a family Christmas party. Not too proud of that either, but eventually I know that I'll be feeling better and won't need drugs or self-harm to cope, I just usually get very depressed in the month between my birthday and Christmas.

Yeah the days before the appointment were hell, but hey I made it. 2 more days of Christmas, I cant wait till it's over honestly. My cuts are not nearly healed so I got a bit comfort from those these days. No New ones at Christmas. Oh and I cannot chicken out of my appointment. I told them I would so they are very happy to call me and convince me to come haha.

It seems that you are doing Just fine. They cant expect that we all are perfect and happy Just because it's Christmas, keep it up! Just 2 days. Im here if you need a chat.

Feeling pretty good and relieved right now, with the brunt of Christmas celebrations over, and things went very smoothly. No self harm, lots of fun and tomorrow should be very eventful. I have a friendship and a job on the line (not related though) and tomorrow I find out how it's going to be. Doesn't look too good right now but maybe there will be multiple unlikely turns of events and everything will work out well.

You deserve it. Good that you're doing fine.

I really need a break from myself. The urges are very strong and today is another family day. This is possibly the last christmas I can spend with my gran and gramp so I want to enjoy it! Hard time here and Im glad if it's evening again, im in a flight mode but need to leave house in 20min.
